There are some rules to follow:

  • Price comparisons must be on the exact same item, same options, and the items must also be factory firsts. 
  • The price must be the final price delivered (including any additional charges i.e tax, shipping) 
  • The item must be in stock at the competitor's site. 
  • The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site. 
  • The retailer must be an authorized dealer of the products.
  • If the retail/list price is posted on competitors' website it must be the current retail/list price. 
  • The price is published and/or you have a written quote from a competitor.
